• Demographics and population modeling illustrating the target market for
each of the existing and planned modality investments
• A targeted go-to-market strategy designed to deliver the patient volume to
each modality, and
• A financial model and balanced score-
card showing progress with achieving
the ROI on a modality by modality and
room by room basis
This integrated approach provides ra-
diology leadership with clear visibility
month by month of performance versus
the base case and enables rapid interven-
tion if results fall below requirements.
That is a management best practice and
facilitates achieving goals—the first steps
towards R3 enlightenment!
